Happy Monday! Hope you all had a Funtastic weekend! After "Trick or Treating" Saturday, yesterday my daughter Katelyn had a school project to do. It was to re-enact some part of the

Revolutionary War, by camping outside and cooking by a campfire. As I've had a busy weekend, we just pitched a tent in the back yard and did a MacGyver with a campfire grill, using a lasagna pan, and a cooling rack, and roasted hot dogs.

Then the girls and I spent a half hour or so telling spooky ghost stories.
